Natassha didn't build DOSE Hub because it was a good business idea. She built it because she needed it—and she knew she wasn't alone. With experience in communication, brand strategy, digital marketing, business development, and community building , she created Madrid's first neuro-inclusive coworking space from scratch: with purpose, backed by science, and with the conviction that working well and feeling well don't have to be separate things. It's here for you to arrive, stay, and be your best self.

Sarah is the cornerstone of our work philosophy. She holds accredited certifications and boasts years of professional experience in personal coaching, education, meditation, Reiki, quantum hypnosis for healing, sound healing, and holistic wellness . She leads DOSE Hub's active wellness program and ensures that every activity, every facilitator, and every corner of the space is aligned with our neuro-inclusive philosophy.

DOSE Hub was born from an uncomfortable question: why do the spaces where we work completely ignore how the human brain works?
We are Spain's first neuro-inclusive coworking space—a place where well-being isn't just a poster on the wall or a yoga class no one uses. It's the architecture of the space, the community that lives here, and the programming that energizes it every week.
Designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, expats, and any professional who works differently — especially for those with ADHD, high sensitivity, or who are simply fed up with environments that don't understand them.
Here you'll find professional workspace, an active wellness program included in your membership, a grab & go bar with mindful eating, a podcast studio, meeting rooms and — most importantly — a real community that understands each other.
